Premium names take new ownership

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

4 premium .info domain names switched hands on May 13th 2008. Though the actual price paid for the 4 names has not been disclosed, we know that the sale involved Neptune.info, Delete.info, Deleted.info, and Halo.info.

These domain names, some registered as far back as 1999, have never been placed on the market. ” Its exciting to see good names come from the vault.” said a domainer. “These kinds of names are seen less and less each year, as investors are rushing to reserve the one of a kind ‘Real Estate,’” said another.

Though these names may not be offered for sale in the near future, its good to know that the new owner may actual be making something of them, and could quite possibly turn them into useful sites.

Domain Research Tool

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

About 3 years ago I purchased a tool called the Domain Research Tool. This tool was designed to help web developers and domain resellers in finding good domain names with good qualities. In short, this tool is known for finding domain names that already receive traffic. The Domain Research Tool finds names with Overture, Backlinks, Page Rank, Alexa Rank, Overture, and much more. It gathers information about each domain name in search engines such as Google, MSN, DMOZ, and Yahoo. It can scan as much as 50-75 names per second, and can take on lists as large as 500,000 names. Along with its powerful scanning capabilities, the tool also provides daily drops lists, zone files, typo generator, auto appraiser, bulk offer submission and dozens and dozens of other useful tools.

I urge everyone that is looking to get into the domain name business, to check out this tool.

The normal cost of the tool is $499 (which is what I paid 3 years ago,) but I am authorized to provide the tool for only $129. Check it out at Domain Research Tool’s Website.
